Individual therapy, which is sometimes called talk therapy or counseling, is a one-on-one conversation between you & a licensed therapist in a safe, supportive, & confidential setting. It’s a space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, & life experiences without judgment. Therapy can help you gain clarity & develop healthier ways to cope & move forward.

During our sessions, we’ll work together to better understand what’s causing distress in your life & identify patterns that may be holding you back. I’ll help you build practical tools to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, & make positive changes at your own pace. Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, deepen your self-awareness, & create a more fulfilling life. Sometimes that process involves healing past wounds; other times, it’s about making space for growth in the present.
