Individual Therapy – In this mode of treatment, we will meet one on one for 50-minute sessions generally once per week or two times per month to identify & address areas of concern. I primarily utilize a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapeutic Approach. This approach has been found to be effective & is recommended as “best-practice” for Depression & Anxiety Disorders. Some common areas of focus for patients include communication skills, learning ways to resolve conflict, job issues, boundary-setting & assertiveness. We will work together in order to meet your goals.
